SAN DIEGO, Calif. - The San Diego Padres today released details surrounding 2011 FanFest, including a complete schedule of clinics, forums and autograph signings. FanFest returns to PETCO Park on Saturday, February 12, and is open to the public.
Entry to Padres FanFest is free. Gates open to the general public at 10:00 a.m., while Padres Season Ticket Holders get early access at 9:00 a.m. The event will run until 5:00 p.m. Parking is free in four locations: the three surface lots along Imperial Avenue (southeast side of PETCO Park) and the Padres Parkade Garage (10th Ave at J St).
Padres players and alumni, broadcasters and members of the front office will be in attendance. Fans will have the opportunity to get autographs, tour the clubhouse, pitch in the bullpen, run the bases and catch fly balls in the outfield. Also featured will be a pitching clinic with Heath Bell and a batting clinic with Chase Headley.


Padres Vice Chairman and CEO Jeff Moorad, President and COO Tom Garfinkel, players and broadcasters will take part in scheduled fan forums throughout the day.

The Padres Foundation will also be holding its annual Garage Sale inside the Omni Premier Club. Fans will have the opportunity to purchase rare, one-of-a-kind Padres items, including game-used jerseys and batting helmets, with proceeds going to the Padres Foundation.
Saturday, February 12 also marks the Centennial of Naval Aviation Flyover, and those in attendance at FanFest will have the opportunity to view the flyover from a designated location inside PETCO Park.
The list of players scheduled to attend includes Mike Adams, Jason Bartlett, Heath Bell, Jorge Cantu, Chris Denorfia, Luke Gregerson, Aaron Harang, Brad Hawpe, Chase Headley, Nick Hundley, Mat Latos, Wade LeBlanc, Ryan Ludwick, Corey Luebke, Cameron Maybin, Clayton Richard, Oscar Salazar, Will Venable and more. In addition, Padres broadcasters Dick Enberg, Jerry Coleman, Mark Grant and Ted Leitner will be in attendance.
