So here I go on my 3rd venture into the Padres blogging world. It seems like only yesterday that I was this wee little blogger posting on a site that had no design, no pictures and hardly any content. Now I’m hoping to explode your minds with information about the Padres that you’ve never even thought about thinking about (yeah, think about that).
Despite the site being launched today there is still a lot of work to do. There are a lot of “Coming Soon” messages & there are some design flaws (yes I am aware of the black & gray bars at the bottom of the page) that will hopefully all be fixed soon. But my team and I were just itching to start posting, so we decided to launch anyways. What’s that you ask? Did I say team? You heard right. TEAM. Let me introduce you to the immediate Fro Family…..

Beautown is a lifelong Padres fan who enjoys long walks on the beach, moon lit dinners & beach side serenades. He enjoys taking chances on relievers with 5.00 ERAs & somehow has multiple pages on My Space, Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Ilike & Youtube giving him the title of most socially networked out person in the world.
*Little known fact: Beautown once worked for the Padres. Starting the year AFTER the ‘98 World Series run and finishing the year BEFORE the opening of Petco Park. I like to blame him for the team going a combined 359-451 during that time (1999-2003).

E5 is a Padre fan, yet is the most critical Padre fan I know. We get into some classic arguments about the Padres from time to time and I thought he would be the perfect fit to the Fro Family (as long as he doesn’t pull the Matt Bush card out on me again). He is known for having to crow hop to get the ball to first base from second base on 2 bounces in softball and is the current owner of a mini van.
*Little known fact: E5 is the baseball coach of a local high school varsity team…..and they’re actually pretty good too!

SDPads1. What can I say about this guy? He’s a visionary, a role model and from time to time has dabbled as a hand model.
*Little known fact: SDPads1 has had the opportunity to sit down and chat one on one with Padres owner Jeff Moorad, Padres President Tom Garfinkel & Padres General Manager Jed Hoyer all in the span of one month. More on that later……

So once again, welcome to RJ’s Fro. We will do our best to keep you up to date on all the latest Padres info while doing our best to entertain you in the process. Thanks for stopping by!
